Signing up for classes

-All classes may be booked online or by emailing the studio
-For all Zoom classes you will receive a link in your confirmation email when signing up. Please be sure that your email in the booking system is updated and current.
-Drop-ins are welcome for any classes that are not full.
-Plan to arrive or tune in 5-10 minutes early to your class to be ready to start on time.
-If you are more than 10 minutes late to a class or miss the warmup, you will not be allowed to participate in class. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a safety issue, and a proper warmup is very important for physical activity.


Entering the studio

-Please check in with our desk upon entering the studio.
-Once checked in, please enter the studio room where your class will be held to avoid congesting the lobby space.
-We have restrooms located inside our studio rooms. Please use these for any changes of clothing.


Memberships

-Each membership lasts 4 weeks from the purchase date unless otherwise specified, and will be automatically renewed until canceled.  Any changes or cancellations to your membership must be made at least 24 in advance of renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
-All credits must be used within 4 weeks from your purchase date.  This date will not be extended.
-The ONLY exceptions to these rules are in the event of a medical issue accompanied by a doctor's note or a serious family emergency.
-Any memberships that needed to be paused in response to COVID-19 may be resumed once the stay at home order is complete.


Canceling classes

-Any class with less than 2 participants enrolled within 3 hours of the class's start time may be canceled, and all credits will be refunded.
-All cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the start time of the class. Any cancellations made after this point will receive a $10 charge to their account.
-Any credits or remaining cash balance will be credited to your Bookeo account.
-No shows will be charged the full amount for the class.
-In the event of severe weather conditions, we will do our best to e-mail, call, and/or post on online media at least 3 hours prior to the start of classes if classes will be canceled, and all credits for the day will be refunded.


Private classes, lessons, and parties

-There will be a $60-80 non-refundable deposit for any privately booked class, or party.
-Personal private lessons may be rescheduled if need be during the same week with a minimum 24 hour notice.
-Private classes and parties will run either 60 or 90 minutes from the booked time.  If your party arrives late, the party will not be extended.


Behavior at the Studio

-We do not tolerate bullying, discrimination, or self-deprecating behavior at the studio. Anyone found to exhibit such behavior will be asked to leave the studio.
-Please be respectful of your instructors and others in class and leave your phone conversations outside the studio. This applies to text messaging as well. If you must have your phone for work or personal reason, please keep your phone where it will not be disturbing to the rest of the class.
-Please refrain from instructing under the instructor. While everyone appreciates extra tips, it can be a very serious safety issue and is also disrespectful to the instructor.
-We have a closed class policy for the privacy of all participants. Significant others or family members will not be allowed in the studio area during class times. Anyone arriving early for class while another class is in session will be asked to please wait in the lobby.
-If you are taking a photo or video of yourself in class, please wait for the designated time for this and in a way that does not disrupt the instruction in the class. Also please be sure to have permission from anyone who may appear in the background before taking the photo or video.
-Please refrain from wearing any metal rings or bracelets that may damage the poles or aerial equipment.
-Please refrain from wearing any lotions or oils the day of your class for the safety of yourself and others sharing the studio equipment.


Contacting the Studio

-Our regular desk hours are 5:30-8:30p on Monday-Thursday and 12:00-3:00 on Sundays. All phone calls will be returned during these hours. Please refrain from contacting any instructors directly for studio-related questions. 
-Please e-mail all studio related questions or requests to our studio manager at leah@musepolefitness.com or call the studio number at (573) 999-6234. We will do our best to return all calls within 24 hours or within desk hours.
