Have you been interested in trying one of our aerial classes? Join us in a special demo class where you can have a taste of what you’ll learn in our beginning aerial hoop classes AND aerial sling classes!

No experience required! This class is open to any beginning level adults. Note: all participants will be asked to sign a photo/video release waiver for any content captured during this class.

Join us for our 3rd annual all aerial showcase, featuring both students and instructors on lyra and sling. This showcase will be suitable for all ages, with our first act featuring our Munchkin aerial program, followed by our adult students in acts 2 & 3.

There will be both seated and standing room options at Como Rocks. Seating is first come first served.

We will be hosting our first ever Aerial After Hours show at Muse, featuring aerial students and instructors on lyra and sling. This is an 18+ show — many pieces will not be suitable for children.

This showcase will be held at Muse with seated and standing room options - seating is first come first served.

Join us in our monthly Muse Nights @ Arch & Column Pub featuring the Muse Pole Fitness competition & performance team. Enjoy a series of freestyle pole performances in this event benefitting our talented team of performers. There is no cover fee, but tips are welcome and encouraged to help support the performers.
